Huesa<\/a> to adapt the tap water of its new factory located in Seville, as a co-formulant in its phytosanitary products.<\/p>\n<p>In view of the main project target, the Technical Department of J. The demineraliser is designed to treat a flow rate of 1 m3\/h.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>demineralisation process<\/strong> consists of removing the <a href=\"https:\/\/jhuesa.com\/en\/technologies\/ion-exchange\">ions<\/a> present in the water using cationic and anionic ion exchange resins, contained respectively in two columns.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>SERVICE<\/strong> conditions, the water goes through <strong>CATIONIC<\/strong> column where cations are exchanged for H ions and then goes through the <strong>ANIONIC<\/strong> column where anions are exchanged for OH anions, obtaining a high purity <strong>DEMINERALISED<\/strong> water.<\/p>\n<p>The quality of the water obtained is measured by a conductivity probe, located at the outlet of the 2nd column. If the water quality is higher than the value programmed in the<strong> SET-POINT<\/strong>, the controller will open the <strong>SERVICE<\/strong> solenoid valve and the equipment will operate normally.<\/p>\n<p>The resins will gradually become saturated until the water quality is lower than desired. When this happens, the programmer will close the service solenoid and the regeneration process will start.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>regeneration process<\/strong> consists of passing hydrochloric acid through the cationic resin, and sodium hydroxide through the anionic resin. These regenerants displace the retained ions, replacing them with H+ and OH-, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The entire installation is controlled by a control panel with microprocessor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-14451 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/jhuesa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/biocida-2-jhuesa.jpg\" alt=\"agua biocida j huesa 2\" width=\"900\" height=\"675\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jhuesa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/biocida-2-jhuesa.jpg 900w, https:\/\/jhuesa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/biocida-2-jhuesa-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jhuesa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/biocida-2-jhuesa-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The demineralised water is stored in a GRP tank installed outside the treatment room. \u00a0A pump recirculates water from the tank, passing through an ultraviolet lamp.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>UV system<\/strong> is a system based on primary water disinfection without the use of chemicals This unit is controlled by its own microprocessor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An Andalusian company, leader in biosafety solutions at international level with more than 20 years of experience in the sector, has required the services of J.
